One of the notable milestones in AVINASH career was being awarded the best distributor in Jharkhand by Usha, further validating AVINASH dedication and leadership. the business quickly gained momentum, and within just one year, and the turnover of 1 crore. Recognizing AVINASH performance, Polycab offered a dealership for their pump division. This experience further honed AVINASH skills in managing and growing businesses efficiently.

his aimed to provide affordable & Bringing the big city lifestyle to small towns – just like Grofers made doorstep grocery delivery possible. During COVID, Grofers became a lifeline, helping countless people with safe and timely online deliveries when stepping out was a challenge

With a foundation in science, Avinash began their career as a Graduate Trainee (GT) at Tata Robins Frazer, dedicating eight years to mastering industrial processes and gaining valuable professional experience. Building on this strong foundation, AVINASH transitioned into entrepreneurship, starting with the distribution of USHA and Polycab agricultural, domestic, and commercial water pumps, catering to diverse customer needs.

In 2021, Avinash achieved a milestone by launching Jharkhand’s first Grofers Market, bringing modern retail and grocery solutions to the region. Demonstrating an ability to innovate and adapt to market trends, he started a 1st franchise store of Rocking Deals in Jharkhand and co-founded POCKETSTORY PVT. LTD alongside DealZking. These ventures focus on affordable, high-quality apparel and footwear, making a significant mark in the retail and circular economy sectors.
